Howdy, Partner(s)!

Do you like doing things all by yourself? I personally really enjoy some "me" time, however I prefer to take on a project with someone else or even a small group. It's such a good feeling to know others are rowing in the same boat with me. Misery might love company, as the saying goes, but I believe pleasure and excitement love it even more! It's especially satisfying when we're learning or trying something new.

Healthy habits can be an area of experimentation. Trying new foods that support our bodies and lifestyle, tweaking our sleep habits, finding fun ways to stay fit and strong, learning how to budget better and maybe even bring in more abundance either financially or in a broader sense -- these are just a few areas where we can focus our attention. Can you imagine if you had someone "by your side" to bounce off ideas? How about a few people to share thoughts with and even do some research together? You could think of Healthy Habits as a "team sport"!

I'm feeling really healthy these days and have taken off over 30 pounds in the last 10 months. I've done it with a "coach" and I have a group I can access, too. I'm now a coach helping others -- I'm passing it along because it's too good to keep to myself.

If you think you'd like to explore feeling better, especially if you're not sure where to begin, send me a note, cummingsbarbara@gmail.com, and we'll have a chat. If you're not quite ready for that, it's OK, but think about getting together with at least one other person and get outside and go for a walk. I'll bet you'll feel healthier and it will lift your mood!

Sparkles and Love,
