May I Help You?
As many of you have noticed, we've ("we" is my team and me!) renamed the Wednesday Healthy Habits. It's now The Care. Every other week I offer A Seed on Monday. I plant a "seed" and hopefully, give you something to start thinking about. On Thursday, I follow up with The Bloom, where I develop the idea presented three days before.
Every other week between A Seed and The Bloom, I post The Care. It's a way to continue the concept that when we get "in alignment" with ourselves (sometimes through reflection of A Seed and The Bloom), we become more content and we create a ripple effect that has a positive impact on everyone around us.
So, how are you? Sometimes I'll ask, "How are you doing?" These can actually be two different questions and when I engage with clients, we address both. We are not human "doings", however many times, in order to develop our being-ness, we need to figure out what to do and how to do it.
I just mentioned "clients" ... did you even know that I've been working (sometimes more like playing) with people for a really long time? When I offered classes and facilitated group programs, I often had a company that hosted me. As time went on, I started to engage with individuals on my own.
Let me ask you some questions:
Do you have dreams or goals, but don't know how to go after them?
Would you like someone with whom you could brainstorm, vent, celebrate, get real?
How are you with accountability? Could you use some assistance?
Are you going through something, perhaps a transition or a life event?
Have you ever asked, "Is this all there is?"
Would you like to learn ways to feel more like "yourself" and more centered in spite of whatever is swirling around you?
Are you simply hoping to feel better?
These are just a few of the areas we can address, if you're not only interested, but committed to taking steps toward freedom from conditioned patterns. I will:
be real with you
help you tap into your strengths and uncover your potential
keep you focused as you move toward hitting your goals
attract more of what you want into your life
show you how to be more healthy in all aspects
celebrate you and have some fun
Having a coach/mentor/advisor can be a game changer. I was so proud and couldn't have been happier when I read what one of the women I supported sent the following to me:
"Over time, Barbara has been a consistent source of inspiration and a true model for living your life from a place of pleasure. She has stoked the flames of my desires and then offered me tools to make those desires become reality. Just being in the presence of her amazing smile is a delicious experience."
- P.L.
When I read something like that, I nearly swoon. Let's be real -- I'm still learning and developing and I expect to continue until my last breath and I've got a ton of life experience behind me. I've learned a lot of things the "hard way" and you can benefit from that. Maybe I can make it easier for you! Trying to make changes all on our own can often cause us to sink into self-doubt and fault-finding. My "job" is to provide positive reinforcement while keeping you focused and steady.
You might be thinking that your life, business, career, relationships, or health, etc is all "good", but do you have a feeling it could be better?? From what I've witnessed, everyone derives great joy when stepping into their personal brilliance.
I know you probably have questions and I'm available to answer them. Contact me at cummingsbarbara@gmail.com and we can have a no-obligation, heart-to-heart chat. Also, if you know someone who might be in need of a little help or just interested in general, send my info along to them. I'll end with this question..
"May I help you?"
Thank you for your time and for reading through to the end.
Happy Healthy Habit Hump Day,
